My christmas gift to my girlfriend <3 Merry Christmas, love 
I had fun drawing these two again, though Haruka's hair is the biggest pain in the ass!
You wouldn't think that it is...but it is. 
Anyway, this is the first time I've ever done a color scheme like this..if that's what you'd call it. Or, this sort of light source. It was challenging, but I think I did all right, and hopefully next time will be better. I was so pressed for time, and I spent literally an entire day sitting down staring at blank paper trying to put on the paper the image I had in my mind. No matter what I tried, it just did not work. But finally I went with this one, and I finally came to a close! I struggled with portraying the emotion that I felt, just like always. But hopefully it leaves some sort of impact on you lol

Overall Vision Originality
Technique ImpactThe best part of this peice is the darkness vs. the lightness. The dark is seen at various areas while the tiny lightbulbs highlight areas of the picture with a glow.
The hair and clothing are very well done and the colors play well with the dark light appeal.
The facial expressions are a bit empty though, I kind of feel like Haruka has more feeling than Michiru.
The pose is another highlight. Haruka seems to grasp onto Michiru while Michiru seems romantic and her body bends backward in bliss.
The lights wrapped around them make it even more lovely.
